Darci Poole, Consultant

Darci Poole has more than 20 years of experience applying training, communication, branding and change management techniques and methodologies to inspire, engage and get the best performance out of people in the workplace.  Her mission has always been to create workplaces people love.

As a consultant, her clients have included Centene Corporation, Change
Healthcare, Deloitte, Ernest Packaging Solutions, Georgia Pacific, New Mexico Military Institute, NetApp, Princess Cruise Lines, The Coca Cola Company,UPS, Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc., Walmart, among others.

Like her clients, Darci’s skill set and projects span a diverse spectrum: designing multi-year training curriculum, creating customized ILT and CBT courses for technology implementations, leadership development and new employee onboarding, delivering classroom training, developing messaging strategies, elevator pitches and communications plans, designing internal branding strategies and deployment tactics, conducting stakeholder impact analysis and developing change communications, leading off-site executive strategy sessions, diagnosing corporate culture and delivering speeches that inspire and engage her audiences. Darci excels at taking big ideas and driving them down into actions.

In addition to her role as a consultant, Darci has held corporate positions in Learning and Development and Communications in the hospitality industry.

Darci holds a B.S. in Management from The University of North Carolina Greensboro and an M.A. in

Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
