Gwyn Meeks is a coach, facilitator and consultant with over seventeen years of hands‐on experience in organizational development and learning. She spent the majority of her career in the media and entertainment industry at Viacom and NBCUniversal where she worked with executives and teams to support strategic planning, team development and leadership effectiveness. In addition to working in media, Gwyn also served as the VP of Human Resources for New York & Company, a wear‐to‐work retailer for women.
Having led in internal roles, Gwyn understands the unique challenges that individuals and teams face as they navigate constant change within organizations. As an executive coach, she has supported leaders adapting to their new roles, taking on greater responsibilities and expanding their scope. Gwyn enjoys coaching leaders who are looking to reach their full potential.
Gwyn takes a consultative approach to the work she does seeking to understand the client’s needs and challenges and partnering to create strategic solutions. Gwyn has worked with executive teams on building a common mission and vision, managing and communicating change, and improving communication, trust and collaboration in order to achieve results.
Gwyn has facilitated management and leadership workshops in the topics of Feedback and Coaching, Delegation, Executive Presence, Time Management and Productivity, Negotiation and Influencing, Leading Better Meetings, Leading Teams (Five Dysfunctions of a Team), Having Difficult Conversations, Understanding DiSC and Social Styles, and Listening and Asking Questions. She has also supported Employee Engagement through group and organizational interventions.

Gwyn holds a Bachelors Degree in English from Mount Holyoke College, a Masters Degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Georgetown University.
