As a Consultant, you are a key up and coming leader in our organization, helping to guide clients and teams on solving their most complex business issues. A typical day may include co-facilitation of a leadership workshop, developing change and communication deliverables, program management, presenting findings from assessments or new ideas to our clients that demonstrate our ongoing value. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dynamic, can easily connect with others, bring creative and insightful thinking to the table and really dig in and deliver. Notion’s consultants are comfortable with the uncomfortable, offering fresh insights and creative solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients and teams to deliver change strategies as well as deliverables associated to implementation of these strategies

  • Assist with development of talent management strategies and interventions, communication, engagement and change impact measurement strategies and implementation support

  • Demonstrate ability to independently lead the development of high quality, flawless deliverables within and account or workstream

  • Client relationship building; proactively identify opportunities to create value on your existing clients and/or identify new opportunities for growth

  • Support deliverable work on projects such as: Future of Work Strategies and Plans, Organizational Strategy, Vision & Culture Blueprints, Technology and Process Change Adoption Strategies and Plans, HR/Communication Effectiveness Coaching & Development, Restructuring Merger/Acquisition/Divestiture Programs

  • Design/conduct organizational and functional assessments, analyze data, produce and present final reports

  • Help design workshops and strategy sessions at all levels in an organization

  • Design and lead training sessions, as needed

  • Execute the day-to-day project work for multiple clients, for example: writing communications, supporting day to day client needs, developing training and development content/sessions, innovating with the client on new solutions, etc. Work with your team leader to complete client work to meet project objectives.

  • Participate in initiatives that contribute to Notion’s growth and development and the development of talent within the organization. You may take a leadership role in these initiatives as some points.

  • Representation of Notion’s vision, model and culture for prospective talent and clients.


Qualifications: 

Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, International Management or comparable experience

5-7 years practical experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, internal communications consulting

Experience working in a client-oriented, professional services environment with Fortune 500 organizations preferred

General knowledge of business fundamentals, corporate strategy and organizational issues

Strong written and verbal communication and personal interaction skills

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a creative or visionary mindset

Ability to distill complex information into key themes; recognizing nuances in the data and using that data to tell a compelling story for the client

Comfort dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking demands

Ability to contribute individually and as a team member

Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality and service excellence

Entrepreneurial spirit

Project management experience

Position requires travel as needed for project work
