Julie Lilenfeld, Managing Consultant

Julie Lilenfeld has over 20 years of change management, internal communications, culture and learning and development experience spanning across multiple industries. 

Julie has worked with leading companies like FedEx, ExxonMobil, American Express, Bank of America, HPE, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cox Enterprises among others.  Julie’s experience in leading large projects, culture change and organizational development initiatives has enabled her to provide business consulting expertise to clients undergoing organizational and business transformation.

Julie has extensive experience in large scale change and communications projects and recently completed global culture change work for HPE.  She worked closely with Cox Communications to develop a strategic communications plan to communicate the business strategy throughout the organization and created a comprehensive new hire program for their retail sales associates. Julie coached executives at Blue Cross and Blue Shield on how to effectively structure their internal communications function to better support the business objectives. She has also implemented a word class learning strategy program for the internal communications organization within FedEx.  Julie brings her vast experience working with various cultures, executive teams and industries to all of her projects. Her deep understand of human behavior enables Julie to relate to and interact with her clients’ most important asset - their employees.   

Julie began her career at Accenture where she spent six years in the learning and development organization. After leaving Accenture, she held various internal and external consulting roles focused on communications, culture, learning and development and change management.  For the past twelve years, Julie worked for Daggerwing Group (formerly Ketchum Change) where she led client teams and projects related to internal communications, learning, culture change and business transformation.   

Julie has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Siena College in Albany, New York where she majored in Finance.  She has a Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification, Myers Briggs Certification and is an active member of the Association for Talent Development.     

Julie lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband David and two young sons.  She is an avid tennis player and loves cheering her boys on at their various school and sporting events.
