A typical day may include facilitation of a leadership workshop, developing change and communication strategies, program management, executing deliverables or presenting our latest thinking to our clients. Work with clients and teams to develop and deliver change strategies
Lead the development of vision, leadership strategies and approaches, talent management strategies and interventions, communication, engagement and change impact measurement strategies and implementation support
Demonstrate leadership on leading accounts that include multiple streams of work
Client relationship building and leadership; identification of new opportunities for growth
Managing client budgets and work to ensure fiscal responsibility in the delivery of work
Lead teams on projects such as: Future of Work Strategies and Plans, Organizational Strategy, Vision & Culture Blueprints, Technology and Process Change Adoption Strategies and Plans, HR/Communication Effectiveness Coaching & Development, Restructuring Merger/Acquisition/Divestiture Programs
Independently contribute to business development that results in new relationships or increased sales through professional networks and collaborative efforts with the Notion team
Design/conduct organizational and functional assessments, analyze data, produce and present final reports
Lead workshops and strategy sessions at all levels in an organization
Manage day-to-day project work for multiple clients and teams.
Leadership and accountability for Notion’s growth and development and the development of talent within the organization
Contribute to Notion’s culture and growth by leading and participating in internal initiatives focused on the growth and development of the organization
Representation of Notion’s vision, model and culture for prospective talent and clients
Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, International Management or comparable experience
10+ years practical experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, internal communications consulting
Experience working in a client-oriented, professional services environment with Fortune 500 organizations preferred
General knowledge of business fundamentals, corporate strategy and organizational issues
Strong written and verbal communication and personal interaction skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a creative or visionary mindset
Ability to distill complex information into key themes; recognizing nuances in the data and using that data to tell a compelling story for the client
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking demands
Ability to contribute individually and as a team member
Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality and service excellence
Project management experience
Position requires travel as needed for project work
